We need to think about the order lead time and the production lead time separately. To reduce the order lead time, for example, we can think about shortening the delivery time for parts. We need to ensure cooperation with our customer to do this.: 必须要分别考虑订单交付周期和生产交付周期。要缩短订单交付周期的话，可以考虑缩短部件的交货期等。这需要和收货方配合。
